Who

Laurent Tironi. Ten years in data and AI. I built analytics functions from nothing twice — at Etihad Rail in the UAE and QNB in Qatar — and did process re-engineering at Capgemini Consulting before that.

I work with three clients at a time, and I do the work myself.

Map the process as performed. Sitting with the people who do it, not reading the documentation. You keep the map.

Decide what should not exist. Steps removed, approvals questioned. This part has nothing to do with AI, and it is where the time is usually won.

Build the agents that run what remains. Scoped access and a full audit trail, with a written statement of what each system can and cannot touch.

Hand over. Your team runs it. Nothing depends on me being available for it to keep working.
